A Tribute to Jack

A friend to the end
is Linda's loyal companion.
Suddenly called to heaven
without a chance to say goodbye.
If he could, he would probably say something like this:

"Thanks for taking such great care of me.
I've had a wonderful life and will remain with you in spirit forever.
Just think of me and I'll be there.
You may not hear me barking but you'll feel the eternal affection I have for you.
I don't know why I was called away like this but it must be part of the greater plan.
You can run with me in your dreams and I'll even do a show stand for you, just the way you like it. Don't worry about me. Heaven has plenty of those big juicy bones so I'm OK.
I miss your cuddles though. Please take care of yourself and know how grateful I am for having been adored by you and given such a loving home.
